Lost Ipod - RETURNED 06-14-2009 - RSS

At the last Ordeal Weekend a young Scout lost his 160GB Black Ipod. If you have any information about the whereabouts of his Ipod, please use the Contact Us page. Our Lodge Leadership would also like to pass on the message that if the Ipod is returned, no questions will be asked.

Update: The Ipod has been recovered, thank you to all who were involved.

Ordeal Weekend 05-31-2009 - RSS

We had an outstanding Ordeal Weekend this past week with over 75 new ordeal members.  If you were able to make it to the weekend thank you for coming out and helping to welcome our new ordeal members!  This weekend also marked the end Mr. Taft's time as Lodge advisor.  We thank you for your service to the lodge.

We would also like to welcome our new lodge advisor Mr. Arnold and also the newly elected members of the Lodge Executive Committee. You will be hearing more from them in the coming weeks as they prepare to lead our Lodge to new heights and show why we are the Best All Around Lodge!

In addition the entire Summer Camp Staff would also like to thank everyone for their assistance in preparing the camp, but there is still more work to be done. If you or someone you know would be interested in helping prepare the camp they would love to have you come out!

New Ordeal Members please keep an eye on your email over the next several days as we will try to send you information on how to access the members website. Contact Us in the mean time if you have any questions.

Talent Release - By participating in any Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge activity, the participant, and the participant's legal guardian when the participant is a minor, grants Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge and Gulf Stream Council - and their officers, employees, agents, licensees, representatives, or assigns - permission and consent, to copyright, use, publish, exhibit, display, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate via any medium: film, video, kinescope, audio, still pictures, slides, or any other type of recording, which includes the participant's name, voice, and/or image or likeness. The participant and/or legal guardian waives any and all rights to inspection or approval of the final product. The participant and/or legal guardian waives any all rights to remuneration for uses consistent with this waiver. The participant and/or legal guardian further releases Aal-Pa-Lodge and Gulf Stream Council - and their officers, employees, agents, licensees, representatives, or assigns - from any liability arising out of uses consistent with this waiver, including but not limited to claims of misrepresentation or false light. Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge and Gulf Stream Council warrants they shall conduct all uses in manners consistent with the policies of the Boy Scouts of America.
