Hey Gators,

The Gator Tales is the Official Publication of Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge #237. It is produced a minimum of four times a year. Each issue is 12-16 pages in length and is mailed to all the dues paid members of the Lodge, approximately 550. Each issue is also available in pdf format, in our digital Library. The Gator Tales currently has different options for how you receive the issue. You can receive each issue in the mail, in your email, both or neither, it is all up to you. If you would like to change the way you receive each issue, simply update your contact information with our Keeper of the Records, which can now be done online, Here.

Digital Library - Our Library offers digital pdf versions of the Gator Tales. All new issues are added to this Library. If you have any old publications from our Lodge, please email sal@gatortales.org, we are very interested in adding them to our collection.

Talent Release - By participating in any Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge activity, the participant, and the participant's legal guardian when the participant is a minor, grants Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge and Gulf Stream Council - and their officers, employees, agents, licensees, representatives, or assigns - permission and consent, to copyright, use, publish, exhibit, display, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate via any medium: film, video, kinescope, audio, still pictures, slides, or any other type of recording, which includes the participant's name, voice, and/or image or likeness. The participant and/or legal guardian waives any and all rights to inspection or approval of the final product. The participant and/or legal guardian waives any all rights to remuneration for uses consistent with this waiver. The participant and/or legal guardian further releases Aal-Pa-Lodge and Gulf Stream Council - and their officers, employees, agents, licensees, representatives, or assigns - from any liability arising out of uses consistent with this waiver, including but not limited to claims of misrepresentation or false light. Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge and Gulf Stream Council warrants they shall conduct all uses in manners consistent with the policies of the Boy Scouts of America.
